The location was insane, just a short walk to both the State Opera House and St Stephen's Basilica. It was so convenient to be right in the heart of the action. The apartment itself was awesome, super spacious and comfy. We had the best time exploring the city and partying with our friends!
The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be if the apartment had a rooftop terrace. It would have been the perfect spot for us young party-goers to hang out and enjoy the beautiful Budapest skyline.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem tucked away in a courtyard in the heart of the city. King Residences provided me with a spacious and well-equipped room, perfect for my needs. The highlight was having not just one, but two bathrooms, both complete with showers and toilets. The larger bathroom was even bigger than my old student room! Additionally, the living room and kitchen were both generously sized and fully equipped. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the major attractions, and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was super kind and welcoming. They provided fresh towels and toiletries, which was a nice touch. The apartment location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. It was great to be at the heart of a lively district while still enjoying a private and quiet apartment.
Finding parking was a bit tricky and the nearby paid parking lots were quite expensive. the inter-phone in the building didn't always work, which was a bit inconvenient.

Amazing nightlife, street food, bars, and clubs just a short walk away. The apartment had a cozy seating area that made me feel right at home. The State Opera House was conveniently close.
Oh, how I loved the extremely tiny boiler that barely filled the bathtub, and the lack of natural light that made it forever feel like dusk. So charming.

The apartment was super cozy with a comfy seating area, perfect for chilling and watching TV. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to whip up some snacks. The bathroom was great, with a shower or bath to relax and unwind after a long day. Appreciated the private bathroom with a hair dryer, no need to worry about packing one. The kitchenette in the apartment had everything we needed, including a microwave and washing machine. The studio also had a kitchenware, microwave, and even air conditioning to keep us cool. The private bathroom with a hair dryer was a convenient touch. The studio's kitchenware made it easy to cook simple meals during our stay.
Personally, I would have liked if the studio had a kitchenette like the apartment.

Convenient Location: The hotel is situated in an area known for its vibrant nightlife, street food and bustling bars and clubs. It's perfect for those looking to explore the city's lively atmosphere.
Minor Lighting Issue: Although the room was comfortable, the light from outside seeped in, making it a tad brighter than we would have preferred at night. A darker room would have been ideal.

the location was absolutely brilliant, right in the center of the city with a metro station and airport shuttle bus just a minute away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the studio was tucked away in a courtyard, ensuring a peaceful stay without any street noise. the room itself was clean and tidy, with a large, comfy bed and a spacious sofa. the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even free tea and coffee provided. the owner, Livia, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend King Residences for a cozy and convenient stay in Budapest.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊

The Location: Wow, talk about being in the heart of the action! King Residences put me right in the midst of Budapest's buzzing nightlife and delicious street food scene. It was like having a front-row seat to the city's pulsing energy, just steps away from the vibrant bars and clubs. I felt like I was in the epicenter of the party, and it made my stay truly unforgettable.
Soft Mattress: Slightly soft mattress.
